🔒 我的生辰信息安全吗？Is my birth data safe?
是的。你的出生信息和所有个人数据仅存储在你的设备上，我们不维护任何远程数据库。
Yes. Your birth information and all personal data are stored exclusively on your device. We do not maintain any remote database of your personal information.
💳 如何取消订阅？How do I cancel my subscription?
所有订阅通过 Apple 管理。取消方式：
iPhone：设置 → 你的名字 → 订阅 → 真 Zhen → 取消订阅
All subscriptions are managed through Apple.
To cancel: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Zhen → Cancel Subscription
🔄 如何恢复购买？How do I restore my purchase?
在真 App 内：更多 → 设置 → 恢复购买
确保使用购买时同一个 Apple ID 登录。
In Zhen app: More → Settings → Restore Purchases.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
🌙 八字和五行测评有什么区别？
八字命盘基于你的出生年月日时，是你固有的五行能量格局，相对稳定。
五行感知测评不需要生辰信息，测量你此刻的能量状态，会随情绪和环境变化。
Bazi Chart is based on your birth date and time — your inherent Five Element pattern, relatively stable over time.
Five Element Assessment requires no birth data and measures your current energy state, which changes with mood and environment.
📅 天地历的数据准确吗？Is the almanac data accurate?
天地历基于传统干支历法，农历数据以2025年乙巳年正月初一（2025年1月29日）为锚点推算，节气日期覆盖2025-2029年。月相数据为2026年精确天文数据。
The almanac is based on traditional Ganzhi calendar with agricultural solar term data covering 2025-2029, and precise moon phase data for 2026.
🌍 App 支持英文吗？Does the app support English?
是的，真 App 同时支持中文和英文。在应用内：更多 → 设置 → 语言，可以随时切换。
Yes, Zhen supports both Chinese and English. In app: More → Settings → Language to switch anytime.
💰 退款政策是什么？What is your refund policy?
所有购买通过 Apple App Store 处理。退款请求需通过 Apple 的退款流程提交：reportaproblem.apple.com
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refunds, please submit a request through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com
🗑 如何删除我的所有数据？How do I delete all my data?
在真 App 内：更多 → 设置 → 删除所有数据。卸载 App 也会清除所有本地数据。
In Zhen app: More → Settings → Delete All Data. Uninstalling the app will also remove all local data.
