The vast majority of your personal data — including birth information, assessment results, and daily logs — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's secure local storage. We do not maintain a remote database of your personal information.

Zhen is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us at hello@zhenapp.com if you believe a child has provided information.
8. Data Retention / 数据保留
On-device data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app. Crash reports and analytics are retained for up to 12 months. Deletion requests are processed within 45 days as required by CCPA.
